Welcome to RevWolves ("we", "our", "the Platform"). RevWolves operates an affiliate and revenue-sharing system that allows partners to promote software products and earn commissions.

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use RevWolves.

1. Eligibility

By using RevWolves, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You agree to our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of the Platform

RevWolves provides:

  • Affiliate account creation
  • Unique referral tracking links
  • Commission tracking and reporting
  • Tier-based commission structures
  • Payout processing via Stripe Connect

RevWolves does not sell products directly. We act solely as an affiliate infrastructure platform.

3. Commissions

3.1 Commission Structure

Commissions are calculated based on verified revenue generated through your referral links. Commission rates may vary depending on performance tiers or specific product programs.

3.2 Qualified Revenue

Commission is earned only on completed and successful transactions. Revenue is not considered qualified if:

  • The payment is refunded
  • The charge is disputed or reversed
  • The transaction is identified as fraudulent
  • The payment fails or is incomplete

3.3 Tier Adjustments

Commission tiers may be recalculated periodically (e.g., monthly). RevWolves reserves the right to modify tier structures at any time.

4. Payouts

Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect.

  • You must complete Stripe onboarding to receive payouts.
  • Payout timing may depend on processing delays and reserve periods.
  • A minimum payout threshold may apply.
  • Processing fees may be deducted before payout.

RevWolves is not responsible for delays caused by Stripe or banking institutions.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Engage in fraud, spam, or deceptive marketing.
  • Misrepresent products or earnings potential.
  • Use paid ads targeting brand keywords without authorization.
  • Self-refer to earn commissions.
  • Use bots or artificial traffic.
  • Violate advertising platform rules.

Violations may result in account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

6. Intellectual Property

All branding, platform design, tracking systems, and proprietary software remain the property of RevWolves.

Affiliates may use approved marketing materials but may not modify branding without written consent.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Abuse the tracking system
  • Damage the reputation of participating products

8. No Guarantee of Earnings

RevWolves does not guarantee income, revenue levels, or commission amounts. Earnings depend entirely on your marketing efforts and customer conversions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

RevWolves is not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, tracking inaccuracies, third-party outages, or payment processing issues.

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

10. Modifications to the Platform

We may update commission structures, tier thresholds, product availability, or features at any time without prior notice.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
